I resolved my issue. I was loading the form in an Elementor Popup which somehow changed the element structure (???). Hope this info helps someone who stumbles on this thread.

Hey @rrdirnens. The version on the WordPress repo technically works but has a CSS bug that makes the editor so small it’s basically unusable. I created a patch/pull request many months ago but I don’t think the plugin is actively maintained.

I may fork it one day so I’ll report back if that ever happens. Cheers!

The Sow n’ Sow site was running WC Version 3.5.2. Any logging plugins you can recommend that might capture a user role change? I tried Stream on another site that had this issue, D2N, but nothing got logged.

No stress if you don’t have any other ideas. I can easily fix it manually.

@mngeoffreylee I had the same issue but realised there are two steps, and the second step is confusing.

Under General you can disable the plugin files on specific pages/posts/archives, which is why the large heart and checkbox appeared for you. This just prevents the CSS and JS from loading.

To hide the button you need to tick the pages/posts/archives against Auto Display Filter you don’t want the button to appear on. Counter-intuitive wording IMO. You can then insert the shortcode in the page or as a function to appear where you like.

I had the same issue so I’ve installed Elementor Essential Addons. The Elementor Essential Addons Gravity Forms element seems to have a lot more options than the Gravity Forms styler for Elementor Page Builder plugin, which is awesome, but it means I have re-create my settings now.

If Gravity Forms styler for Elementor Page Builder isn’t being actively developed why not deprecate it and direct everyone to use Elementor Essential Addons Gravity Forms?

I was confused, however, between the .org release and the CodeCanyon release. The version I’m using on the website referenced above is the CodeCanyon version. Might be a good idea to add “Pro” to the CodeCanyon version. No biggie though.
