I’m working to have this implemented soon. Thanks for the thorough response.
Hi. We had a field for sales orders but it used a common email address for orders. We had been trying to update this plugin so that the cache / speed is optimized for the location detection so next go around we’ll add that into the plugin.
Yes, that should have been fixed with the last update for the plugin. See here > https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuN1YJA
If you go into ‘shipping zones’ in the default woocommerce settings – countries or cities can be selected there. That way you can cover the regions in more detail – so by zip code as well.
Also, I could not find a reliable developer to get the import / export product info so someone with an existing store can push their product to a google sheet then import it in the new additional warehouses – Iv’e ran through 5 other devs that couldn’t get it to function correctly. It’s a gigantic pain. any ideas there?
@cemkosmaz1 Thanks for sending the screenshot. I have our developers reviewing this. It takes some time because we hired new developers for the project. They are also adding a feature which allows automatic import of product inventory. So hopefully that is ready & available by end of next week. I’m sorry for the delay.
@cemkosmaz1 can you please send me a screencast of the issue? Sounds like it’s not related to our plugin but will have the developers double check.
@allanext sorry for the late reply. We had a developer go rogue for about the 3rd time. The new developers have this bug/issue fixed. I am testing it and should have an update out on Monday/Tuesday.
I’m also trying to get the import/export feature finished through Zapier asap. Having a hard time finding a zapier expert dev.
@allanext I really appreciate your support / help with this plugin. I’m actually not the coder/developer. I’m just relaying the work to devs in India/Ukraine. They seem to be having trouble with what is needed exactly. I’ve tried working with about 5 different developers to make this efficient in the best way possible but I’m not super technical. I’m relying on your feedback to improve it. This latency is certainly not acceptable. I have another new developer that is working on this based on your feedback.
I’m also trying to find a dev to automatically relay import/export of inventories to warehouses via Zapier. Still having issues finding someone reliable.
Thanks again for all the feedback. Be in touch soon.
@allanext this should be fixed with the latest update.
@arnolddewitte I appreciate you reaching out. We re-wrote the entire code of the plugin and our next step is to include a button to sync inventory between the stores using the Zapier platform. I’m pushing the developer to have it available to you soon.
@cloud4365 hi. We are working on all these fatal errors and fixing them. thank you for the information. Please make sure you have version 1.5 installed.
@allanext Thank you. Devs are working on updating this as soon as possible. We’ll be making updates as you’ve done. Thanks for the insight!
Hi @alibozorgi I will check on this today for you. Thanks for making us aware. We were not seeing any issues with the PRO version when testing. If you message us on our site > venby.io > we’ll send you the PRO version for making us aware of the bug.
@larzans I really appreciate the notices of errors. It’s hard to work on this part-time but we are making progress. Do you think you can show me a screencast or screenshot of what is happening on your end? Cause we aren’t seeing it on our end with our installation…Thx
The latest version of the plugin allows for ship-to location routing via Google Maps API.
I have the devs working this week on the zapier connection. Hopefully they can push it live by end of the week. I’ll keep you posted.
