@justingiesbrecht these should be fixed with the latest update. Please let me know if things are working ok.
@dickoms the latest update allows you to connect a Woocommerce shipping zone / region to a warehouse.
@allanext thanks for the heads up. We had to switch developers. The latest version 1.3.8 should have fixes in place but let me know if the same issue happens.
@abhikk Let me know if you still get this with the most recent update installed.
@pvnanini thank you for the catch. This has been fixed with the most recent update today.
@dickoms Yes, but the customer is going to have to manually select the warehouse in the frontend. We’re working on a solution that will allow checkout automation of this process by zip code/city either when visiting the site (GEO IP) or checkout.
@nicopotgieter this should be fixed. Let us know if you still are having issues.
@chandr4 thanks for the heads up. This should be fixed with latest update.
@dayley we’ll have all of this done next week. The Zapier inventory connection will be ready first.
I think we can build an automated GEO IP checkout which fetches the closest available warehouse WITH inventory based on the customer’s ship-to address. This would potentially alter the currency, gateway, inventory, all other products in the customer’s cart, etc so this could be trickier than we thought.
@tonscheepers2016 It depends…What gateway are you using?
What I would suggest is using the same payment gateway account. Then, if your payment gateway allows for it, connect multiple bank accounts for the payout. We don’t allow multiple different accounts from the same payment gateway between the warehouses but we will dive deeper into this soon
@kennyehresman This shouldn’t be happening with critical errors like this. Sometimes it’s a conflict with another plugin. If you can send the exact code in the error it’s giving you then we can run it on our end.
@allanext we almost have our zapier product / inventory connection ready. It’s going to be a pretty extensive update.
@dayley I’m on it. Thank you for the clarification. I’ll go ahead and get started on this right away.
@dayley we’ve actually been looking into this over the last week. Both with a zapier connection and just connecting quantity for each warehouse using a simple google sheet upload / template.
So, a zapier connection would take us a week worth of development work. I’m not entirely sure how many people would use it…but if it starts to pick up usage then I would immediately have my developer work on the zapier connection. Are you okay with a simple form to upload products using a template we provide in the interim?
@jamesosborne Same issues ^ 1.5.1 installed
