Hello,
I understand that you don’t use Elementor Pro because it integrates the possibility to build your blog with Theme Builder.

The issue may be due to several factors,
- Check Theme Settings: Verify if your current WordPress theme supports comments and if any specific settings related to comments need to be enabled. Some themes have their own comment settings that may override the default WordPress settings.
- Review Individual Page/Post Settings: Ensure that comments are enabled on the specific page or post where you want the comment section to appear. While editing the page or post, look for the “Discussion” or “Comments” settings and make sure the option to allow comments is selected.
- Check WordPress Discussion Settings: Double-check the global discussion settings in WordPress. Go to “Settings” -> “Discussion” and ensure that the option “Allow people to post comments on new articles” is checked. Also, review other settings related to comment moderation and display options to ensure they align with your requirements.
- Disable Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the essential ones (such as security and caching plugins) and check if the comment section reappears. If it does, reactivate the plugins individually to identify if any of them are causing conflicts or overriding the comment functionality.
- Review Code or Customizations: If you or someone else has made any customizations to your theme or modified the code related to comments, review those changes to ensure they haven’t inadvertently disabled or removed the comment section.
If the issue persists after following these steps, I recommend contacting your hosting provider or a professional familiar with WordPress and Elementor. I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge.
These suggestions help you resolve your WordPress page’s missing comment section issue. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to ask.

Hello,
I understand this has been a recurring problem for the past six months, related explicitly to updating Elementor.
- Update to the Latest Version: Ensure you are running the latest version of WordPress and Elementor. Outdated software can sometimes lead to compatibility issues and resource spikes.
- Check Plugin Compatibility: Ensure that your installed theme and other plugins are compatible with the latest version of Elementor. Incompatibilities between plugins or themes can cause conflicts and resource usage problems.
- Review Server Resources: Verify that your hosting plan meets the resource requirements of Elementor. Contact your hosting provider, HostPapa, and inquire about the necessary server resources for running Elementor smoothly. They can provide insights and suggestions on upgrading your hosting plan if needed.
Remember, if you are uncomfortable handling these technical aspects yourself, consider seeking assistance from a WordPress developer or a professional familiar with Elementor.
I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum. we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge
These suggestions help you address the resource spikes and update issues with Elementor. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to ask.

This error can occur due to various reasons, such as plugin or theme conflicts, PHP errors, inadequate server resources, or corrupt files.Reach out to your hosting provider’s support team. They can investigate server-related issues and provide specific guidance or insights.

Hello,
Just remember that this is not official Elementor support, as we have our official support channels for our customers on our website.
Also, at the moment, development/custom code queries (custom widgets and functions, Theme Child, custom code and CSS, BETA testing issues, compatibility issues, etc.) must be directed to our GitHub project, where our developers can assist. Kindly note that our GitHub project is not a support channel. Therefore, the response times may vary.?
To post on our Github Repository, you can follow this guide: Contribution Guidelines
You could also refer to our developers’ documentation and see if that helps: Elementor Developers Documentation Center.?
I hope it will help you with future projects.Kind Regards,
Hello,
For what you want to create, we have our Custom Add To Cart widget in our Pro version.?
How can I create custom “Add to cart” direct links for the products in my store?
If you want to do this, you will need to correct the URL as follows: https://www.yourweb.com/?add-to-cart=2748; where 2748 is your product ID.
I hope this helps you.
Kind Regards,
