I cannot make the “Taster Date” appear in the email.I would really appreciate some help with this.

Hi Andrew, thank you so much. I was running reCaptcha by BestWebSoft. I deactivated it and tried to create a new member and it worked perfectly!!

I run a community choir in which the prospective members register for a free taster session on a date of their choice (which I have created using a custom field on the forms builder add-on. It would be awesome if that date could be confirmed to them in the confirmation email I have edited.
Does anyone have an answer to this??
