In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperHmmm great catch. We’ll look into making it so the animation only starts loading when it’s in the viewport.
Update: Theme had an issue in single.php which was leading to a weird ‘dissolve’ effect on the comments section. This has been fixed and comments via this plugin work now (hurray!). However, I am still getting the above odd errors with both this plugin and the main Disqus plugin.

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperI noticed the animation isn’t working on your chart, which might mean there’s some kind of conflict. (Each bar should grow from the bottom to the top like on our Demo page: https://www.wpbusinessintelligence.com/demos/). There’s also the chance that it’s a plugin conflict with another plugin or a server resource issue. Try and keep tabs of when you notice the failure and talk to your webhost to see if they can shed any light on it.

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperYou can try the methods discussed here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/61057/why-my-plugin-keeps-deactivating-automatically
If you have something like cPanel you should have an error log there you can check. I’m not able to reproduce this error in Dev Tools so far.

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperThanks for that bug report. We’ll start investigating that on the Lite plugin here asap. Have you tried capturing any error data? If so could you please get that to me.

In reply to: [Disqus Comment System] Disqus Plugin Has Been HackedThe most recent update (January 12th, 2021) appears to have patched up the vulnerability.
Sorry your messages makes zero sense, what do you mean by “automatically transferred”? After upgrading the plugin the client’s GA account was no longer tracking data and a new UA code appeared on their site. I’ve deleted your plugin and have zero intention of ever returning. There is absolutely zero reasoning that is acceptable in shutting off a website owners access to their own analytics.
Thanks Tobias! That seems to have fixed the issue! I’m excited about using TablePress more on my website JoeYoungblood.com now ?? this was stressing me out a little.
EDIT: While this appears to work, the errors are still showing in console. I’ll turn off our caching later this weeks and reply back here (site is typically. under heaviest load Mon-Wed).

Thanks. I’ll give this thread a few days to find a suitable migration solution first and then reach out. Definitely want to get it taken care of before an exploit is found.
Sweet. Thank you!
Is there any problem with reviving this project independently of the original creator? (in case I can’t migrate data out of it)

In reply to: Unknown 301 Redirects OccuringThis is sooooooooo confusing! I have no clue what’s happening.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Unknown 301 Redirects OccuringIt’s not the Theme. Switching to the default showed the same issue with these redirects.
I deactivated all plugins and it sort of fixed the problem, a few URLs that had been redirecting stopped all the sudden but the rest are still redirecting.
