I’ve had the same thing happen. When I looked at the Google page for reconsideration, I noticed this:
Request reconsideration
Please allow several weeks for the re-evaluation process. Unfortunately, we can’t reply individually to reconsideration requests.
Several WEEKS just to have it re-crawled and a status updated?
