Seems Divi was the bad guy here…
Switched to default Woo short code, then the field only appears once.

This could be a possible plugin conflict. I disabled the BodyCommerce plugin and then your field appeared for both the payment options. I am in contact with their lead developer now. Will keep you updated!

Yes. I added in string translations as always.
The issue is with the “Continue shopping” links. It still links to the English shop, not Swedish or Thai. I added the complete URL in strings. I don’t have a dedicated shop page, we use front page as shop.

Is this correct?

Issues here also. Divi builder would not even start. Downgrade to 9.4.2 helped.

Sorry. Way above my pay grade. Which ones are FB cookies? And the ones Fareharbor mention are either Ok or missing here.

I have the same issues but with only 49 disrount rules added. Did you get help, @samuelashbrook ?

Sir, you should really consider your attitude towards your users.

Two clients have an issue and I need help. One is a pro-bono client, the other is a small B&B. Spending lots of time compensating for these changes is not an option for them.
Questions: Why could I get 2-3 flags before the 3.x update?
Because of changes in your plugin or changes in Divi?
If your plugin, why remove a feature that worked well before?
If I add custom links, will I get flags also?

Ok. Let me clarify.

Before I could get two flags side by side in Divi menus (first image), now I get a submenu (second image). I had to roll back to 2.9.15 to keep the style the client wanted. I have the same setup in plugin as before, and have tried all settings.

Why did you change this?

I have tried all you suggest. Divi Performance settings are set up properly also.
