Note: Divi is used and its performance settings are updated.
None of the known plugins are used here.

My client sites on php 7.3 and 7.4 still worked, but I replaced this plugin with another one now. I can not trust it any longer, sorry.

Latest version does not work on php 7.2, read next post on this.

I have to manually update each site I use this plugin. This one is to auto update everywhere.

I will disable autop-update and look for plugins options now.

Thanks for testing with our settings, but SMTP was not the issue as you suggested. Tried switching to Sendgrid, got the very same issues. See this pdf:

I also disabled all non-essential plugins, no help there either. I will advise my client to use another plugin for these soon to be 9 shops.

Yes, that is step one in all WordPress troubleshooting.

I disabled plugins again today and made two orders (without and with plugins) and the difference in emails is virtually none.

Did you get my email with the two pdfs?

We notice this in many clients; Gmail, Outlook and webmail.

No oversides are chosen. Just checked in status. It says “-“.

I have not made any changes to the templates or my design, they just changed by themselves, and this on two live shops and two dev-sites and the staging site.

I can supply you with login so you can check this.

Hi @wfgerald.

But this means that WordFence brute force defence gets weaker IMHO. This problem should be addressed.
