Looks like it was W3 Total Cache. I did that one last and up until I re-activated it, all other pluging had no negative effect. As soon as I reactivated W3 Total Cache, the problem re-occurred.

Yeah, that (disabling add-ons) fixed it ??

Now I’ll add them back one at a time and see if I can find the culprit.

On a related note, do you know how I can use a logo in the header (above the header image), instead of text (which currently pulls the Site Title)?

I don’t mind having the tag line, but would prefer a logo instead of the Site Title text.

Should I just edit the header file and manually put in the code to show a logo, and delete the code that is pulling in the Title text? Or is there an easier way?
