In reply to: Background image in page?@sterndata Thanks!
I just remembered the customizer also works on the portfolio page and i uploaded a background image. But it only covers the sides! I want it to cover the whole page!
I will try your code. But I forgot to ask which file? Does it goes into page.php ?
This is the button i’d like to activate “popup maker” and pull “wpforms”.
https://prntscr.com/ib556uI don’t know if its possible, or how; yet!?
If any of you can chime in would be great!

In reply to: Editing 2017 theme navigationWhat html and css are you using?
Hi Jan,
Sorry calling you here, but i just want to share this and get your final thoughts.
I contacted https://www.slickpopup.com/ directly and suggested a teamviwer session.
They replied asking not only admin access but also FTP access; and i replied again if a teamviwer session was not possible.
They haven’t replied, and for some weird reason i cannot find the email in question!Even if i gave them admin access wouldn’t it be enough to fix the issue, or FTP is also necessary?
I am asking to understand if they are playing a fair game and to be careful for the future.

In reply to: @media screen queriesHi Chris,
Thanks for your help. Really appreciate it!
The 2px line below the slideshow appears when i reduce the screen to a certain size. Don’t know why it’s doing it, but its no biggie anyway!
What i am talking about is a huge white space that appears below the slideshow, when i use this code to reduce vertical size on 22/24 inch screens as the ones i use home.
div#onetone-owl-slider { height: 1030px; overflow: hidden; } #onetone-owl-slider .owl-item .item .inner { top: 0px; }
You don’t see it as i commented the code! I would like to reduce the vertical size on big screens, but not affect other devices; or if so, to fix other devices!
I don’t even know if this css code is the right way to do it…As for you media query its a good way to reach most devices. What i don’t know is what css to use to fix all other devices once i uncomment the code.

And no, I did not do that. The plugin author did.

I understand!
Further support regarding this problem should be outside of WP forums then?
Asking because the safety inside WP forums for users makes sense!I read this! https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff
