Regarding your first problem it is easier to simply make a redirect in the htaccess file to redirect all from ready4poker.net to https://www.ready4poker.net. Even for SEO purposes it is always better to stick to 1 url.

The second issue, as you said it is related to plugins. The best one is to disable all the plugins and start enabling them one by one until you find the culprit. Unfortunately that seems the best and only procedure.

As regards the adverts, what ad service are you using? Typically ads are always opening in new windows. Else you can always add target=”_blank” to the ad code in the link section.

I’ve never used it myself though if you check on Google there seems to be a lot of info on such migration.

Most probably the issue is not related to htaccess file but to a plugin or theme you installed.

Start by trying to delete (make backup first) all the plugins from your installation. Plugins can be found in /wp-content/plugins.

It means that the latest version of the WordPress version you are using (localized) also contains text / translation changes and not just application changes.

IT could be that the hosting provider is blocking or filtering / tampering any type of outgoing http traffic from your WordPress installation.

Check with the hosting provider.

Is that an export of all your blog posts? If it is so, maybe you saved the content. To confirm, install a new WordPress and use the Import from the tools menu to try and import the blog posts.

Else send it via email to someone to check it out for you. Don’t post it on a public sharing site in case it has sensitive information.

When you try to update manually it fails; i.e. you tried to connect via FTP? If so are you able to connect via FTP?

It might be your FTP connection details are wrong.

To move WordPress you do not just change the URL in the settings. There is a whole procedure as you should also move the files etc. Read more here https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Moving_WordPress

That’s weird! If you need to solve this most probably you have to ask a professional as it is quite difficult to check what is wrong without getting access to the website.
