I disabled the security rule in question for "jsconsults.com" and the page is now working. Let me know if you need this done on other sites and please specify which one(s).

2.2.0 also causing errors on numerous websites for me. How can I roll back to a previous version until this is resolved?

Hi Jordy, It seems very similar. The one key feature it has is a little file upload icon in the chat window, for users to add an attachment. This works with a use case I have with a client, where they would like the user to upload a PDF report and get feedback/advice on it from AI. It seems to work pretty well with that, being able to read the PDF information.

Further, when I activate the plugin, I lose options in my admin menu. When I deactivate it, I can see them again.

Hi! It is with the shortcode for the login and forgot password pages.

Possible to move this to an email account? Someone is currently trying to hack the site through the found registration page and I don’t want to provide anything else.

Hmmm… I can’ get any of the code above to work to hide the registration link in the footer. We only want those with the link to find it, not any hackers through the HTML, where it is showing on the login and forgot password pages. Any ideas? Happy to take this up privately as don’t want to share link here.

In looking at other support posts, I tried clearing the site cache, then doing the process again, and it all seemed to work fine. Somehow the issues mentioned above were likely due to that, but not sure. If the issue is just with the home page, it is not a big deal, but obviously one wouldn’t want to manually fix all pages on a site. (I hadn’t tried clearing the site cache to see if that fixed the issue before, so don’t know for sure) I am using it for some large sites over the weekend so will report back any issues.

We unfortunately had to get rid of the plugin. Sucuri confirmed the plugin was the cause with multiple clients and is adding it to the malware list.
