Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Storefront] PHP fatal error in default_menu_walkerThank you for the update! I would suggest reaching out to the developer of the Multiple Themes plugin and asking them to test their features with Storefront. If their team requires any additional insights, they are welcome to contact us directly.

In reply to: [Storefront] PHP fatal error in default_menu_walkerHi there,
To diagnose the issue, could you check if the problem persists after disabling the Multiple Themes plugin or all other plugins, for that matter?

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Excluding a Category Becomes a PainHi @camiloluna
Thanks for reaching out. If I understand correctly, when a product category is listed within the “Exclude categories from sync” option, it seems that new products cannot be created. Is my understanding accurate?
If so, this outcome is not anticipated. The intention of using the “Exclude categories from sync” feature within Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync is to prevent products from syncing to Facebook. However, it should not impede your ability to edit or add new products within WooCommerce.
Could you please confirm if this aligns with your experience or if there is another issue at play?
If so, could you provide us with the status report found under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report to get a better idea of the site’s environment? Here is a support page to help obtain that information for our team:

Hi @aldoalfaro
A fix has been applied to the most recent version. Could you try configuring the plugin again and let us know if you have any trouble?
If you find the plugin helpful, we would also appreciate an updated review with your experience. Thanks again!

Can you tell us if the products with zero tax are assigned to a Tax Class that does not apply taxes to shipping?

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] GTIN Field Mapping to other custom fieldHi @riverbound
We do not have a feature that will map fields built into out extension to other values in the database. My recommendation here would be to work with the web host to match the custom field to the GTIN field, based on the specific product ID, and rewrite those values to the fields from our extension.
If you’re not a developer or would rather have someone take care of this, we recommend one of the services listed on this page that can assist with any custom development work.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] My site is receiving Critical ErrorHi @rehbar
Could you try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerceto see if this resolves the problem?
Here is a link that better outlines that process:

If this fixes the issue, re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one causing the conflict.
Hi @ricosdias
Thank you for the status report as is gives us insight into the site’s environment. I see the site has 40 active plugins and is currently using an outdated version of PHP, however, none of these appear to be apparent causes of the problem you’re seeing.
Everytime I try to start the configuration process the pop up window to connect to facebook is empty or entering my credentials it gets stuck. Ido’nt know what is happenning.
This description seems like there is something specific about the installation preventing the fields from loading, as it isn’t something I can replicate.
Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. To ensure the plugins from WooCommerce.com are working as expected, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem.
If this fixes the issue, re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one causing the conflict.
Here is a link that better outlines that process:

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by card testing. In case you suspect any fraudulent transactions, we strongly advise you to initiate refunds to prevent payment disputes. If the volume of refunds is significant, we would be more than happy to assist you in the process. Please open a support ticket with our team by visiting the following link, and we’ll ensure to provide you with the necessary support:

You’ve done a good job of blocking IP addresses. We suggest WooCommerce Anti-Fraud, as it will assign orders a “risk score “ to better inform you of the likelihood that an order is fraudulent. Within this extension, there are settings too:
- Prevent a buyer from completing an order if they are using a proxy server.
- Increase the risk of an order if it is international.
- Increase the risk score for first orders placed by a new account.
- Require confirmation for orders if they meet a certain score threshold.
- Limit multiple orders placed over the same IP address.
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding issuing refunds or if you need help along the way.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Google Analytics 4 property not linkedIf you’d like someone else to update the theme’s template files and not have it impact styles, we’d recommend our trusted partner Codeable.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Google Analytics 4 property not linkedBased on the data you’ve provided, with product data not being included in the Add to Cart events, I suspect the problem is related to the outdated template files applied by the active theme:
### Templates ### Overrides: woodmart/woocommerce/archive-product.php woodmart/woocommerce/cart/cart-item-data.php woodmart-child/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 4.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.4.0 woodmart/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php woodmart-child/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php version 3.7.0 is out of date. The core version is 5.2.0 woodmart-child/woocommerce/cart/proceed-to-checkout-button.php version 2.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.0.1
You’ll need to work with the theme developers to update the files or use another theme that does not override core WooCommerce files.
I’d recommend the Storefront theme but changing any theme will result in the complete change of how the site appears to your customers.
