In reply to: How to 'turn-off' 'Administrator'?My other 2 sites do not say “My Sites”. Just the name of the site and ‘Visit Site’. I’d like this 3rd website (coffeetrade.info) to work similarly. I do not have a lot of coding skills, so I’d really like to keep my websites as simple as possible. Thanks.

In reply to: How to 'turn-off' 'Administrator'?In the upper left-hand corner of my Dashboard, it says ‘Network Admin’ under ‘My Sites’. Can’t I just use my website, like I use my other 2 websites? (www.ersatz-coffee.com and https://www.mountain-jack.com) Ever since I started this 3rd website, I’ve been having problems working with my plug-ins, etc. The previous 2 website were not this difficult. I think it’s because I clicked on the Multisite banner on the top of some of the dashboards, etc.
Thanks.

Hi Alex—
Yes, I did Copy-&-Paste some of them! Just the Shortcode, onto my WP website’s Posts. I’m not really sure how to use the Wizard to insert questions into my Posts, so I just copied the Shortcodes. (Obviously, I’m a novice with computers!) Is that the cause of my problem?
Thanks for your prompt and personal answer—This stuff can get pretty frustrating at times.
Gratefully,

P.S.—To explain a bit: As you can see, we have a blog, ‘The Daily Extract’, where we are currently featuring daily quotations, encoded with various simple substitution ciphers, with the key (e.g. A+1=B) prominently posted at the top. I noticed that, when visitors tried to solve it, they tended to try to do so in their heads (the point being, people do not use pen and paper much anymore). So, I began hunting for a way to aid people with organizing and retaining the quotation, while ‘computing’ each individual character. Your ‘with textbox’ option was a great fit for that chore. Thanks again.
