I’m no expert on this plugin as have only started using it today but from my experience, it doesn’t work on iOs, only Android. On iOs, you can still ‘add to home screen’ in the options but you won’t get the alert like you do on Android.
Thanks guys, sorted now!
Right ok thanks, I shall take a look at the global override add-on then. Thanks for your response.

In reply to: [WooPrice Calculator] Enable calculator to work alongside variable productsThanks for the reply, I can’t email you as the link you gave is broken. Have you got a direct email address?
I see what you mean now and have created list fields for my variations but some of my variations have different prices so colour red may want to add 1.00 onto the order and colour white may want to add 2.00, I wouldn’t know how to write that in a formula for your plugin.
Id rather just buy the plugin and ask for your help!

In reply to: [WooPrice Calculator] Enable calculator to work alongside variable productsHey, is there a support email address I can send this to?
I’ll be buying the pro version once I know this plugin does what I need.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Great idea, poorly executedI suspect (I may stand corrected), that you are thinking Gutenberg is something that it isn’t.
It isn’t a page builder in the sense that it includes hundreds of functions like Visual Composer or Beaver Builder, it is simply a ‘builder’ in the sense of the editor we are used to will change so instead of being a straight forward text box, you create your posts with blocks/headings etc.
For features like parallax, that is down to custom code or plugins.

In reply to: [Advanced AJAX Product Filters] Exclude specific termThanks for the response, I was mistaken I don’t in fact have the paid version (I was thinking of another plugin) and I have no include/exclude options as far as I can see/ Are these not included in the free version?

In reply to: [Gutenberg] No Way!I think you make a valid point @artcolor. WordPress has been ridiculed for years as being ‘just a blogging platform’. It feels like only fairly recently it is actually being taken seriously as a CMS.
Now just as this happens, Gutenberg will be core and everyone will be dissing it again. The global feedback from real users on this just isn’t going to be good.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Not helpful enough to include in core@zombiept2 I think that’s the main issue. Real world clients won’t be able to use this. I am guessing all the positive feedback they have had so far will have been from developers or at least tech-savvy people. Clients are ‘generally’ not tech-savvy, A Microsoft Word interface is as far as they can (and want to) go.
I think all the positive feedback they have had has blinded them in this respect. I am not a plugin developer but it must be very, very difficult to create a plugin and get an overall view that it isn’t that good and is not easy to use. It is much easier to take the positive reviews and claim that everyone loves it. That’s not a dig at the developers, it’s just something to note and hopefully will help you to open your eyes and see.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Gutenberg destroys WooCommerce Beware!@lentex, I really wouldn’t worry about it. I’d simply install the plugin that enables the classic editor ahead of WP 5.0 and then you have the time to spend testing etc.
I’ve said it on other replies – it’s a pain and Gutenberg is not something I’ll be using but it sounds like it is coming whether we like it or not so we can use it or disable it.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] This is going to make things much harder…Tammie, thanks for your responses. They all make sense but all I can say is my clients will all find this difficult and confusing to use. I certainly will (as I rarely use the editor for anything)
All I would like to know though is why has the decision been made to make this core and not optional? It doesn’t seem to make any sense. What was the reasoning behind it? Why not add it as an optional setting?

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Sticky List] List All Entries of User Across All FormsI think what the OP is asking for is a way of displaying all entries from one user only so instead of listing all entries from a form, list all entries from a specific user however fried_eggz – what you mentioned is what I do need to do https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/search-all-forms-within-one-sticky-list/

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Sticky List] PDF?Yes, there is a way of doing just this – adding a ‘View PDF’ link. Check this post out
