My apologies. I did not have the Plugin Organizer configured correctly, as the paginated post creates children pages, which you must account for in Plugin Organizer’s configuration for that specific post (in case anyone is wondering).

No. And X theme has a comments.php.

I’m sorry to reply so late. I added that CSS, but it didn’t solve the issue. The comment threads still do not toggle after tapping the icons. To clarify, they do toggle when the text showing the number of comments is shown (i.e. “(0)”).

I appreciate that. In the meantime, I asked my theme’s support about this. I’ll let you know what they say.

They reply quickly, and I’ll mark this thread as resolved if the solution is not something relating to my theme, in which I could post a link to the support thread where others could resolve the same issue/get an explanation. I don’t think you should have an unresolved support thread for what amounts in my mind to a feature request. (I’ll just open another one and reference this thread if a related issue comes up.)
