In reply to: [YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce] Fixed Quantity Prices IncorrectYes, it seems that is the case. They used to work together okay though.
Does YITH have a Fixed Quantity plugin? If not, I would expect that you would help resolve this issue as they both need to work together.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Fixed Quantity] Fixed Quantity Prices IncorrectHi Habibillah,
Thank you for your prompt response!
Actually, there is a free version of this plugin in the WordPress plugins directory:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/
We are using this free version.
If you could help it would be very much appreciated.
Thank for your help Habibillah.
Yes, the Woocommerce Fixed Quantity plugin version on my website was saying it was 4.0.6, so I deleted it, and reinstalled.
The direct deposit issue has now been resolved!
Much appreciated ??
Hi Habibillah,
Thanks for the fast response! It’s much appreciated ??
Adding items to the cart is okay… it’s only when you enter your details and using Direct Deposit as the payment method, and when you click on ‘Place Order’ that the error message appears.
Wordpress version: 4.9.6
WooCommerce Fixed Quantity version: 4.0.6I was having this same issue but noticed that it only happened after I added some fields to the basic template.
After much time, I finally found what was causing the problem…
If I put a full url in one of the fields, e.g. “https://www.ads-software.com”, I would get the blank page with /#FSContact1. But if I was to take away the “https://” so that I only entered “www.ads-software.com” into the field, the form would submit successfully.
Hopefully Mike can fix this bug?
Thanks,
John
P.S. This is an awesome plugin.
