Take a look at the comments from Jany-M, it seems like she has found a temporary solution, but would require Woocommerce plugin developer to make the fix as a permanent solution.

However, this is abit too technical and i’m not sure how to do it.

Are you part of Woocommerce plugin developer? Can you implement that fix on the WooCommerce plugin?

Okay, I tried to reproduce the issue using a staging website.

Once I update the Woocommerce plugin, then that’s when the error will occur.

So we can confirm its a Woocommerce plugin error?

How can I solve this issue, cause I will need update it eventually.

I currently installed over 40 active plugins, is there any better way to identify which plugin is causing the problem based on the above error i shared?

I did update my Woocommerce plugin, i think it was after the update then this issue happened.

Is there anyway to revert back to a previous version of the Woocommerce before i updated it?

1. Email server is untrusty.
What do you mean by email server is untrusty?
But the other emails are also sent out from the same email address, for e.g., the customer order emails that is automatically sent out to customers are using the same email address, and there’s no problem with that and it goes to the customer’s inbox.

2. Customer’s email is wrong.
This is not possible, because i’m using my own email address to test receiving the Review Reminder auto email.

3. Customers’ email configuration automatically marks those emails as spam.
As mentioned above, i’m using my own email address, so this is not possible too, because i’ve checked spam folder too, it’s not there.

Can you please explain how to install a trust email server?
My emails are setup using cpanel from my hosting server.
However, isn’t the emails sent out via Woocommerce and not my email server?

I am facing exactly the same issue as well.

The emails to be send out to customers for Review Reminder is not working.
All other emails are working.

But doesn’t seem like the ideal solution.

Although this geolocation could detect the location of the Customer, but the Customer might not be buying the product (ie flowers) for himself, he might want to choose a different location for the product to be delivered to another person.

The version of the UM plugin i have installed is: v1.3.88

As you suggested, i have done these but still not working:

1. I went to “Ultimate Member > Settings > Setup”, and checked that the “User Page” setup is assigned to the “User” page.

2. The default “profile form” shortcode, which looks like this [ultimatemember form_id=6], is placed within the “User” page.

What should i do now?
