You can learn more about how the plugin operates at https://wpadmrproplus.com/trainingcenter/
It shows the basic concept even if it is the Pro version.
Thank you again,

In reply to: [WP Author, Date and Meta Remover] Using WAMP ServerI just installed the plugin on my test site. It worked perfectly. I think you’re confusing a theme installation with WordPress 4.2.4. Could you please give me more information. Thank you.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Brut Force LoginSorry you misunderstood me. One WP Security & Firewall does not work on GoDaddy Managed Web hosting. Hands down it doesn’t work. GoDaddy Managed Web hosting breaks a lot of plugins.
To secure login pages for my clients, I had to switch to WPS Hide Login. It’s my hopes you can resolve this so I can use one plugin and don’t have to mix and match.
I have several hosting accounts out there. I test them all.
Thank you buddy. Sorry I was not clear.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Brut Force LoginSorry I have been really busy. The GoDaddy Managed WordPress really doesn’t have a lot info you can extract. I feel it must be in the .htaccess file. There must be some conflict. One because you can login from your hosting account directly into your WordPress admin. TWo, they control the files except four folders.
I had to use a plugin that redicts from the wp-admin. It’s WPS Hide Login. It is working fine.
I purchased about a month of that hosting to check it out since I will be selling it and testing my plugins on it.
Cool. Thanks bro.

In reply to: [WP Author, Date and Meta Remover] Not working on P2 themeHi Terry J
I installed P2 on my test website. Looks like there is a couple of P2’s and a P3. Cool.
I really like these themes. Really clean look.
OK. Checked it out. As you can see, the theme uses <span> tag to control the meta with the class “meta.”
<span class=”meta”>
.
.
.
</span>To grab that you should use WP ADMR Pro+. The Pro version of WP Author, Date and Meta Remover can handle this no problem.
Now here is the banger on this one. And it’s positive. The theme author does not include the persons name within the <span> tag. If you would like to remove the name, you will have to write a child theme to remove that element.
Sometimes Child themes are unavoidable. But, I don’t see why the person’s name would be an issue with a website like this.
Let me know if this helps,
Thanks Johnnie

In reply to: [WP Author, Date and Meta Remover] Not compatible with Sterling ThemeHi mello1,
You have to remember this plugin is based on the 2010-2015 stock themes. That means the <div> tags are entry-meta and entry-footer.
Sterling, Nice Theme by the Way, uses “metadata postinfo”
You need to use WP ADMR Pro+ to grab the <div> tags. The Pro version of WP Author, Date and Meta Remover is built exactly for this.

In reply to: [WP Author, Date and Meta Remover] Not working in WP 4.1.1I checked on the Albar theme, it uses the entry-meta class. Should work unless it has specific areas that don’t use it. It’s common that theme developers use more than one class to display meta.
As for the Stargazer, nice theme too, it uses multiple classes, i.e.
<div class=”entry-byline font-secondary”>.This plugin only handles the entry-meta and entry-footer.
The plugin I am developing right now will handle it. Check back, it will be out soon. I just need to put some more finishing touches to it.
Thanks Johnnie. ??

In reply to: [WP Author, Date and Meta Remover] Not working on Nature themeNice website. ??
The theme uses the <div class=”post-meta”>. This plugin only addresses the entry-meta and entry-footer. Check back, I am just wrapping up the pro version. It will handle most any theme.
