Problem solved, thank you ?? . Amin noticed that footer didn’t enqueue the WordPress script. To fix this I added wp_footer(); function to my footer.php, as suggested by Amin. and …. BINGO! the forms now work. Thank you

Thank you Dmytro. That was semi-terrifying but I have managed to create a debug file and I have sent it with a screenshot of what the form should look like (from the preview) to the e-mail addy you mentioned, along with the export and other information. Many thanks, John.

Thanks Nebu. When I changed to a default WordPress theme the form worked! So it looks like our bespoke theme is preventing Forminator from working. Any suggestions?
