The problem appears when WP text is saved on the webpage.
When I save an https:// link on a webpage, it is immediately converted to https://
The host SiteGround is the DNS provider.
My website has an SSL certificate.
My problem does not involve the handling of https:// on inbound links.
https://w7aw.org is converted to https://w7aw.org on inbound links.
It works correctly.
My problems happens when the WP editor converts http to https
