In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Title of main events pageHello,
Refer to our Altering or removing titles on calendar views tutorial for information relative to your request.
Now I have a weird problem – the titles in white change perfectly when using the main menu for navigation. When using the links on the page which say ‘next performances’ and ‘previous performances’ the titles in white don’t update.
I’m sorry but I’m not 100% certain I understand your issue. Can you be a bit more descriptive and possibly include links and/or screenshots? Does the behavior occur when reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivate all plugins other than TEC? Refer to our Testing for conflicts guide for more info.
If this is a style/customization request, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate those types of threads. Keep me updated and we’ll go from there. Thanks ??

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Merge event categories with regular categoriesHello,
At this time it is not possible to accomplish what you’ve described without the use of additional plugins and/or custom code which we’re unable to provide. Try searching our forums in addition to general web searches for examples.
Any suggestions you might have can be submitted to our UserVoice Feature Ideas. I hope this helps answer your question and have a good evening.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] List by Category or VenueHi and welcome,
Thank you for your constructive criticism. I’d be happy to help answer your concerns. Categories are an attribute you can use when using many shortcodes, such as [tribe_events] and [tribe_mini_calendar]. You will need an Events Calendar PRO license to gain access to the shortcodes.
You will also need a PRO license to gain “full access” to your venues and organizers – meaning admins can access the back end of venues/organizers and users can access the front end of venues/organizers. More info can be found on the Events Calendar PRO product page.
We have a 30-day money back Refund policy which allows ample time to test things out. I hope this helps and for any suggestions you might have, visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas page. Cheers!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Late Registration Fee?Hi and welcome,
Are the select-able dates—for each ticket type, or each event?
Yes, you can set different start/end date/time for each ticket created. To charge a late fee based on the criteria you’ve described would require additional plugins and/or custom code which we’re unable to provide. You could simply create a ticket specific for the late purchasers and factor the late fee into the price.
We offer a 30-day money back Refund policy which allows ample time to try things out. I hope this helps and have a great evening!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Open Organizer and Location website in a new windowHi Clem,
It is definitely possible. Review our Themer’s Guide for instructions on how to properly create and save customizations.
Let me know how it goes and have a pleasant rest of your day. Cheers!
Hi and welcome,
I’m not sure why the day is not being abbreviated. Are you using the latest version? Does the behavior occur with the default WP theme and only The Events Calendar active? Review the Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you learn.
You might also want to visit Events > Settings > Display > Date Format Settings to ensure you have the options set to your liking. Lastly, review our Change the days of the week to abbreviations tutorial.
Let me know what you find out! Cheers ??

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Search Bar–Searching by Year?I’m not 100% certain I understand your question. Are you referring to the Tribe Events Bar‘s “Events From” date-picker? If so, there are no additional features included in Events Calendar PRO which allow you to alter the date-picker from month to year.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar display messed upHello ??
@jellidomora, have you tried different options under the Events > Settings > Display tab? Did you review the Testing for conflicts guide? If not, that’s the best method to identify the specific source of conflict.
Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
@idahoan, I checked your site and more than 1 upcoming event is displayed. If you’re still experiencing issues, please create a separate thread per forum rules. Thanks!
