In reply to: [OneSignal - Web Push Notifications] WordPress multisite and OnesignalYou can’t, web push works at the origin level (https://www.edured2000.net) so you won’t be able to have subscriptions on different pages of the site.

In reply to: [OneSignal - Web Push Notifications] Uninstall PluginI checked and the bell is removed. You likely had some cacheing that needed to be cleared.

In reply to: [OneSignal - Web Push Notifications] has stopped sending notificationsHi Alberto, please contact [email protected] with your site URL and any potential customizations you made to the plugin if you have not done so already. We will be happy to look into it!
Also, please make sure your REST API key is setup in the plugin correctly. You can find this in the onesignal.com dashboard Settings > Keys & IDs page for your app.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Please contact [email protected] for further assistance, please include the site url as well.
Unfortunately you have an error where 2 files that are required for push notifications are being served as something other than Content-Type: application/javascript
yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/sdk_files/OneSignalSDKWorker.js.php
yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/sdk_files/OneSignalSDKUpdaterWorker.js.php
You may need to contact your hosting provider and tell them this:Hi!
?
My site runs the OneSignal web push notifications plugin and we are having some issues with the service worker files not being served as “Content-Type: application/javascript”.
?
The OneSignal plugin team would like to request the following URLs to be served as with this content-type:
?
yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/sdk_files/OneSignalSDKWorker.js.php
?
yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/sdk_files/OneSignalSDKUpdaterWorker.js.php
?
Could you please help me do this?
?
Thanks!
Just replace “yoursite.com” with your actual site URL.Let me know how they respond!
If you don’t want to contact your hosting provider or can’t for some reason, you can login to onesignal.com and select “My Site Is Not Fully HTTPS” and add a Label.
Then in your wordpress plugin, de-select “My site uses an HTTPS connection (SSL)” and add the label into the “OneSignal Label” field.
Don’t forget to press save on each screen after the changes.
Thanks and let me know how it goes!

Hi there, it sounds like you are using Super PWA, they have not updated their plugin to ignore the manifest.json file.
OneSignal will still work for your site, unfortunately Super PWA needs to update their plugin to not require this anymore with OneSignal.
If you want to contact [email protected] we would be happy to help with any further questions!
Hello, I currently don’t see OneSignal on your site: https://technicaljayendra.com/brave-browser-vs-microsoft-edge/
I believe our SDK works on Brave browser if it supports push, but will check deeper.
Can you open a support ticket with [email protected] and add our code or plugin back to the site so we can try taking a deeper look at your implementation?
Thanks

In reply to: [OneSignal - Web Push Notifications] Safari Custom IconHello
To change the Safari Notification Title and Image, go into your OneSignal.com Dashboard > App Settings > Safari Configure
For users that are stuck with this image and title, there is nothing that can be done until they clear their cookie and cache data, then resubscribe.
More details on Safari issue here: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/troubleshooting-web-push#safari-icons-or-site-name-not-changing
?
For further assistance, please reach out to [email protected] and someone from our team will be happy to assist further.Hello
It looks like your site has some custom code that is changing our plugin setup.
