Sorry to piggyback on this thread but I’m on Hostinger (w/LiteSpeed cache) and seeing 403 errors for all my downloads. Here is an example: https://marvelmfg.com/product/33lf/ (click any of the Manuals links which are PDF downloads).

I tried the filter above, checked/cleaned .htaccess, cleared permalinks, fixed file permissions, cleared caches, etc. and nothing is working.

We’re running the latest version of WP and 4.9.14 of your plugin.

Any ideas on what else to try? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply! I checked and we don’t currently have any caching or minification plugin active. This is a dev site and I haven’t had caching enabled while I’m working on things. The plugin had been working just fine until recently too… Is there anything else I can check or we can try?

Yes that’s what we were expecting as well. What I meant by “next time the plugin syncs” was I assumed the plugin automatically synched but it sounds like this is not the case. Could it happen via manual Resync?

We were told by Mailchimp support that “it’s not because our archived segments become unarchived, but because one of the woocommerce plugins syncs the contacts in woocommerce to mailchimp”.

So somehow a plugin is synching the contacts in WooCommerce to Mailchimp and it’s causing all the archived contacts to become unarchived. The only known integrations I can see in the Mailchimp integrations page are: Facebook, Instagram, WooCommerce, Yotpo, Gravity Forms, and Sumo. Not sure what this last one is but I’ll dig into it on my end.

From this list do you know of any that could cause this behavior?

I’ll also share with you a few more specific details via the form link you shared.

Hi all, for me this ended up being a cache issue. Make sure to clear all caches, Cloudflare, server, plugin, etc. and then hard refresh and the honeypot label should be gone. Hope that helps!

Ah yeah strange, the vulnerability reports show it’s only for < 3.1. Must be a false alarm by WP Engine. Sorry to bother you!
