Nevermind, I was able to resolve my issue by simply checking “Show/hide re-order interface”. I thought that meant hiding the Re-Order link under the post type, but now I understand ??

Thanks for the awesome plugin, but unfortunately the admin drag & drop broke for me in 2.0.2 and reverting back to 2.0 didn’t fix it either. Must be some incompatibility with another plugin…

Astra came out with an update that fixed the issues so I’ll close this out. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! I actually ended up using a combination of https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/media-cleaner/ and this command in SSH find . -name "*.webp" -type f -delete to remove the files and it worked pretty good. I think yes, in the future it’s a good idea for your plugin to ignore these files.

Thanks for the reply! So I reverted to the 2021 theme, and deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce in a staging site, and the issue still persists. My guess is there may actually be something in one of the plugins or theme code that’s doing something to the customer name when an order is placed for certain orders?

I’d be happy to provide you access to our staging site so you can compare a couple orders and see if you notice some obvious difference that we’re missing.
