Hey Angelo,

I did this and it changed the URL of our feed to https://infinitesmile.org/podcasts/feed/infinite-smile-podcasts/ – but I’m still not seeing the media file for the latest podcast in the feed. I cleared permalinks and re-saved the latest podcast (that does have a media file in it) to no avail.

Any other ideas?

Ok yes I see what you’re talking about. Our feed url is https://infinitesmile.org/podcast/feed/infinite-smile-podcasts/ but it sounds like it should be https://infinitesmile.org/podcasts/feed/infinite-smile-podcasts/

So how can we fix this?

FYI, our custom post type is “podcasts” so it shouldn’t cause a conflict with the internal post type “podcast” right?

I too am receiving the same message – permalinks are set correctly, no maintenance or weird security installed on either target or source. I purchased premium too and so far this plugin and the addons have not worked at all. I sent in a support request weeks ago and never heard anything back… Pretty frustrated with my experience so far.

I would happily pay for help with this too btw! And, it’d be awesome to be able to see an aggregate tally of scoring for multiple choice questions!

Thanks for the reply! In specific it would be great to be able to customize the email templates in /wp-content/plugins/wp-webinarsystem/includes/templates, and all the tmp-*.php files in /wp-content/plugins/wp-webinarsystem/includes

Shortcodes will help, but won’t provide quite as much customization as some will want. This article provides some great information and examples on how you could setup customizable templates within the plugin. I hope that helps but let me know if you’d like any other information or help!
