Ah, it was the AdBlock Plus plugin for Firefox that caused the issue!

It still does not work on Firefox version 96.0.2 (64 bits) MacOS. It works with the same plugins on iOS Firefox. Here are the plugins I have installed:

Yes I cleared the Firefox browser cache as well as Purge SG cache.Just retried right now.

I experience exactly the same issue on Firefox version 96.0.2 (64-bitars) MacOS.

And it works on Firefox iOS. So must be a Firefox MacOS issue.

I see now that it works in Safari, but not in Firefox.

I configured it differently, and it works now.

I checked with our hosting company Siteground and they reported:

Zotpress server requirements are met:
“HTTP request method supported by WordPress enabled on your server: cURL, fopen with Streams (PHP 5), or fsockopen. In your server config file, X-Frame-Options should be set to SAMEORIGIN. Optional: OAuth enabled on your server.”

And Siteground support has checked the server error logs from Site Tools > Statistics > Error logs and the site error logs from Site Tools > Site > File Manager > public_html > php_errorlogs but there is nothing worrying nor related to the plugin.

I have the same issue. Would be very happy to receive hints and guidance. Cheers, Jonas

Hi again,

In Status (error log) it now says: “ Unauthorized(invalid_client)”
I guess this is due to Fallback which has disconnected again. We fill in the credentials for the email account that should be used and then it “jumps out” and Using Fallback radio button is set to No.
