The most common reason we see for this is related to slow PHP emails from web servers. Could you turn off the email notification action on the form settings and test if the form is submitted more quickly?

If this solves the speed issue,?install an SMTP plugin?to avoid using your webhost email servers.

Faisal is right. When Akismet or any other spam tool flag a submission as spam, Formidable Forms won’t allow the entry to be submitted. Only the non-spam entries will be available for you to review.

The field key must be unique on each field. You can’t use an already used key on another field. Formidable Forms will automatically check this and change it when saving the form. You can read more about this here:

Does your CRM rely only on the field key? Can you use the label? The label can be the same on all the forms.
