Please change the sanitize parameter as follows:

Formidable Form, by default, adds the sanitize_url parameter when using the Redirect to URL option. It Replace all HTML entities with a URL-safe string. You can read more about it here:

If you want to input several email addresses, you could use a regular text field. The email field is only designed to check for one valid email.
