You’re most welcome.
Could you create a new pre-sales ticket over here with this question?
https://formidableforms.com/new-topic/We’ll be more than happy to help you with this question and any additional you have. The WordPress forums are meant to support the free version of the plugin.
Best,
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out about this today.
We’re not HIPAA compliant. Having said this we take security seriously and any new security report is handle by our development team with the require seriousness. All data is stored in your WordPress database, so it is as secure as you make your WordPress installation. So long as you add encryption and have followed best practices when setting up your site, then it should be safe to store sensitive data on your site.
While Formidable does not include any native support for encrypted fields – there is a 3rd party tutorial here that shows how to add encryption:?https://victorfont.com/encrypt-decrypt-formidable-form-fields/

Thank you for confirming this. We’ll keep testing on our end.
Could you share if you have any other Woo add-ons or third party plugin related to any Woo functionality.?
Thank you for reporting this. We appreciate it.
Best,
Thank you for confirming this. I couldn’t replicate this on my test site.
This is why I did on a fresh WP installation.
- Download and enabled Formidable Forms Lite v6.6
- Download and enable WooCommerce v8.3.1
- Run the import product wizard using a test CSV file that has images URLs.
The wizard has no errors and the images were correctly imported into the Woo products.
Am I missing any steps?
Hey,
Thank you for reaching out about this. Could you confirm if this happens only when the Formidable Form lite plugin is active?
We only support the free plugin here.If it happens when the Pro plugin is active, could you create a new ticket using the following form?

Hey tabasko,
Thank you for reaching out about this. Let’s figure out what’s happening.
Could you submit a test entry on the page where the form is published and let me know if the entry appears in the backend of the form?
Best,
Hey @marcdegagnelob,
Support for Formidable Forms Pro features is limited to paid users. Our?Support Policy?specifies we only provide support to the license holder—the individual who purchased the license.
I understand the owner of the licenses is unknown. We have seen many cases similar to yours. I recommend to your client to buy their own license. This way, they can have access to support without the need for third parties.
Since the issue is related to the file upload field and permissions, the Basic Pro license should be enough.Best,
Hey @footstepsdesign
