You can assign the value of the step and the range on each slider field options. For example, The step value could be 1, and the range could be from 0 to 20.
Using the field calculation feature, you can sum the values of all the slider fields together into a total.
You can also create that summary using our built-in features. Please take a look at the following form templates:
