The option “Show the form with the confirmation message” is usually used if you want the user to submit multiple entries.

You could use the “Show message” option and add the field’s ids to the On Submit Message on the form’s Settings > General.

The save draft is a pro feature to allow the logged-in users to save their progress and continue later.
