Thanks to @allynbeth I realized that the problem is that this plugin does not work with the revamped front-end javascript of CF7 5.4+. Downgrading to CF7 5.3.2 fixed the problem for me, but of course I am also hoping that this (extremely useful) plugin is upgraded soon to work with the new version of CF7.

Hi, apologies for not responding to this sooner — I no longer really have time to maintain this plugin, and have yet to find someone else to take it over. However, if you post a screenshot of your widget settings I might be able to help.

Apologies for this! This is the only plugin I “maintain” (and don’t even really have a lot of time for that anymore), so I’m still a newbie at using svn, and managed to lose a file when updating to 1.1.2.

Here’s a link to a zip file of the whole plugin, which you can either use to replace the code entirely, or just extract the missing uwfWidgetControls.class.php file, which if you upload it into wp-action-network/includes should fix the problem.

Also fixed on here, but not sure if you can use the WP backend to update unless there’s a new version?
