I dont see how you think that the free version is limiting at all. It offers you the ability to have a different widget layout for every sidebar on every page. WordPress core doesn’t offer that. Send me your email and I’ll see if I can’t help you get what you need.

We’ve also adjusted the licensing for you.

I was going to push my latest version up last night, but decided to send it out for some further testing before I did. Here’s a copy that is soon to be released, it should work for you.

I just tested the admin, front end and the widget list. had one issue with the widget list that I fixed. The others worked fine.

If you want to email me with access credentials I can go test it out on the blog that you’re having problems with.

If the widgets dont show in your widget list, it’s probably because you’re adding new widgets to the wrong sidebar. Have a look at which sidebar that you’re adding them to and let me know what you find.

This is because you’ve installed it in a subdirectory. We’ve recently found this bug and have spent a good portion of time to make the appropriate fixes. Additionally, I’ll be spending today to install wp in a subdirectory with and without redirects to virtual directories to make sure that all of the links are working properly.

It’s all about support. We want to be able to put more time into the development and support that we provide for this plugin. We’ve got so many things that we want to provide to the community of TWC users, but we can’t afford to work on it constantly without making any money.

Although the pro sales are helping us to spend time supporting users and providing upgrades, we still don’t get enough sales to justify spending as much time as we need to spend.

We’re including ads within the pro version for now. We’ll eventually pull them out, but anything that you can do to support us will ultimately be returned to you in the form of features and bug fixes.

I plan on doing some fixes this Saturday, march 12 2011. I’ll look into this, what search are you referring to? The widget list search, the wp-admin search or the front end search?

The plugin calls current_user_can(‘edit_theme_options’), you need to comment out this line in your index.php file.

The fix is simple, it was just an additional check.

line 926 should read:

if (is_object($widget[‘callback’][0]) && is_callable( array($widget[‘callback’][0], ‘get_settings’) ))

I added the is_object check, I’ll push this fix tonight.

Yea, it’s a problem with an old widget. I have this same error on another website, I’ll post the new revision tonight. do you have an email address that I can reach you at?

we wouldn’t ever impact your designs. the branding is a tiny tab in the admin area where the screen options and help are.

yea, we’ve been using it on client sites since the beginning of this year. We’ve only launched it onto the wp network a week ago. so far it seems pretty well received.

What would it take from you to get you to translate my plugin too? Here’s the info
