Same issue. Emailed for help, was told to enter my premium number or use the knowledge base or forums. Well, the knowledge base was where I got the install how to, big help there, now here I am seeing this is a 2 month old problem. Maybe because the plug in has not been updated in 6 months…. This looks good as well, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/skystats/ though it has few installs and not many reviews, it’s less than a year old, might be worth a go. How’s that for support!
