Please try again to login to the dashboard and check if you now have the editor. We renamed your wp-config.php to wp-config.php_old and uploaded a new wp-config.php. The reason for this so that we can the insert the code below:

define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, false);

On your wp-config.php this option was actually set to True.

Whatever that means

On the dashboard from the button “Appearance” I can access THEMES,CUSTOMIZE, MENUS, BACKGROUND, THEME OPTIONS

The tutorial I am following shows “Appearance” THEMES, MENUS, THEME OPTIONS, BACKGROUND and EDITOR.

It is the editor I need as I need to make a couple of minor adjustments to the code
