We have an address match feature in our plugin for zipcode/suburb text field in the checkout, where if you type anything in the zipcode/suburb field it will show a suggestion dropdown to select and then it will set the corresponding zipcode, suburb and state for that selected zipcode/suburb and then it will help to show the sendle shipping method. Please try it.
And I can see that it is also working for your site also.

The free version will stay with volume calculation only for the foreseeable future, with dimensions based quoting requiring the premium.

Yes the issue comes from Sendle now using dimensions as well as volume for calculations (along with max length penalty/charges). The premium version was designed with this in mind. It will be some time before we can develop and release an update to the free version to handle these new methods correctly. For now it works just from weight and volume for quotes.

At the joovii log page (https://www.gertrudeandalice.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=JooviiAuspost_logs) you can see a button at the top left to flush all logs.

Please flash all logs and then disable the log.

We have added a field in our wp-admin -> sendle settings to link your hs_code product attribute with our plugin. So that our can know from which attribute we have to pull the hs_code attribute value from your products.

So please add your product attribute name in that filed. You can find it in the wp-admin -> woocommerce -> sendle settings.

Also all of your products must have the same attribute name for hs_code.

Hi,

You can’t sync order note to the sendle label but in wp-admin -> sendle settings there is a field in “Order Synchronization Configuration” section for “Receiver instructions” which will be added the label as instruction.

You can use this now.
