In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Site Lockout questionHi, Sorry for the late reply I have been sick with a bad cold.
Thank you so much for all your help and info.
I have seen the option to lockout IP addresses, but it comes with this warning “This feature can lock you out of admin if it doesn’t work correctly on your site. You must read this message before activating this feature.” Wich is scary enough for me to stay away from it.I have disabled the option for the lockout notifications. I think I leave things for now as it is and hope I have done enough to keep my site save.
Again many thanks and kind regards, Jo

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Site Lockout questionThank you for your help, and making a great plugin ??
I do have another question about the site lockout notification option.
Is it of any importance to get notifications, I have a lot of those.
It has happend a couple of times I get a server message that I have sent 500 messages to the same adress, my own email. And they where all site lockout notifications. I have no idea if it is “normal” to have so many false login tries, but it is driving me crazy to see them in my email inbox.Kind thanks and regards, Jo

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Site Lockout questionHi,
Thank you for your reply.
Only the Disable Pingback Functionality From XMLRPC is checked.
I have no idea how to see if I am “currently using the XML-RPC functionality on your WordPress installation” I am afraid I have very little knowledge of the tech site so I am glad with any help you can give me ??Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Mail to Users] The mail looks weird in OutlookOke, but I first want to know what it is going to cost me. It is a purely a hobby and not a bussiness blog, so I have to be able to afford it. After I know what you will charge me for it, I can decide if I agree with that or not.

I have the file email-template.php and when I click edit I see a whole lot of words that make absolutely no sence to me ??
Can you specify for me wich words I have to look for and exactly what I change or add, please ??
I have looked for the words html layout, don’t laugh, but they didn’t turn up.
All I can is follow specific instructions ??Thank you ??

In reply to: [Mail to Users] The mail looks weird in OutlookHi Karam,
Thank you for your quick response.
I have an account with a provider, and I have found the email-template.php.
When you tell me exactly what to change I can do it. As long as I know what to do I can do it ??Many thanks, Jo
@shagimuratov
Thank you so much ??Thank you both for replying.
@mbrsolution
As I wrote I am a complete novice so forgive me if I ask something that turns out to be stupid ??
In my logfile about send out mail, Cpanel, I discovered various user emails that had the “retry” notice behind them, and lots and lots of them. That shocked me so I looked into it and found out that a lot of them had the same IP adress. By checking them at the CleanTalk Spam list I saw that they where reported, and a number of email adresses that where mentionned in that list corresponded with my logfile of “retry” notices. When I started to remove these users from my site they where immediately replaced by new user accounts. I get a notice in my mail when there is a new registration. Now instead of enjoying my site Iam only removing these annoying user accounts.The All in One WP security, a great plugin, does not help me prevent this so that is why I asked if it could work together with the plugins from CleanTalk
@shagimuratov
In the first I am interested in the Spam Protection plugin.
Probably another dummy question, but where do I find my account ID. Is that in the plugin itself?Kind regards, Jo
