we where able to upload i think, but now we get the next error: Cannot insert order without order status.

how do we fix this?

okay thanks, we just delete it but when we open the document we get all the code behind each other, in your sreenshot its in colums but here its not, can you please look again at the file and tell us if we can import this, otherwise can you please delete the row and send us the right document?

We dont use google drive so we send it to you true wetransfer.

the import is not changed or opened at all. it is a 1 on 1 from the export.

So what we did, we made a export on our website, set back a backup from the site and then tried to import the same export we made a few minutes ago. but then the error appears. So it still dont work, how can we fix this?

any update maybe? because the backup on all of our site still not work complety, they still backup some plugins and some don’t…

is there already a solution found why the backups not working correctly?

i think we fixed it, we where able to make a new property to click on set up a new property, think it was a caching thing.

ut we had installed the code manualy before this, can we delate that if we succesfuly enabled it in site kit?

We already did this, we downloaded it from a few weeks but they all have 12 plugins, but we have 22 on the site, so it’s not all there. So i think we missed a lot. All the maps are small to.

thanks this worked out. one last thing, if we changed the status manually. Then if we are done we need to change it manually back to the right status i think?

okay found it, but how do we get other products om the invoice then?
Because when te product is out of stock and we need to deliver an alternative, this product must be on the invoices instead of the product they orderd.
