I deleted all the installtion WP files except the /wp-config.php, and re-upload from the original WordPress. The problem persist.
Well, i only have five days with the WordPress. I have two solutions:
a- change to other weblog
b- change my provider host.

And my decission is… Tomorrow I start the change to a new provider host !!! Many thanks to all !!!

mmm… i not have any .htaccess in /html or /html/wpress. My only .htaccess is in the directory /stats…

macmanx, here i have two computers, one with Linux and other with xp, and several browsers. All the time I go to the error “Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work.”if attempt to activate.

It works in your site-test ! I have deleted links and activate plugins without problem.

for Amiantos and macmanx:
my ISP is Arsys https://www.arsys.es
and i have the original installation, i’m unable to activate any plugin.

I have installed WordPress aprox. five days ago. For me all this time is impossible to delete a link, or message, or activate a plugin, etc. in my installation.

Yes, i have the famous problem “Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work.” when i try to activate a plugin, delete a link, delete a user, delete a category, etc…

Run the info.php and i have this two references to the referer:
In ‘Session’:
session.referer_check : no value

In ‘Environment’:
HTTP_REFERER: https://www.cromosfera.com/info.php

sorry for my confused english… yes, if i test in opensourceCMS i not have errors. The referrer error is only in my installation.
Yes, i have read and applied the https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Enable_Sending_Referrers
with Linux and XP and three differents browers: FireFox, Opera an IE.
maybe the referrer error a problem with my provider hosting?

This is my third day with WP and i anxious to make it in work :). I’m very happy with the possibilities of WP. But my situation is identical to the one of Amiantos.
If I prove the test in:
https://opensourcecms.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=144
I have the possibility of altering the scheme of WP, typical of admin. That is that does not seem a problem of browser or router (of nonbeing which opensourceCMS has deactivated referrers…)

Just installed the WP, this is my first post to the forum. All well, but the error referrer… I read the article in codex.wordpress. The firewalls are disabled. Two PC. One, Linux with FireFox and Opera. The second, XP with Opera an IExplorer. I read a post of cff: maybe re-installing the solution? has some reason for the re-instaltati?3n? maybe an issue with the router?
