The problem is that all the abandoned carts are being counted on the report in Analytics, meanwhile on woo-commerce “traditional” report are not. See for example:https://imgur.com/a/dyqxbZb

Finally, it was bad configuration of my WordPress with the cron tasks. I solved it with my hosting support and we configured cPanel for doing it and saving resources. My best advice, talk with your hosting.
