Hi, how can I make my survey look like the image you have sent to my mobile phone?

I’ve been adding all the codes but none of them have modified it like the image you have just uploaded.

Hi, I have deleted the cache and updated the css and it does nothing, it seems that it does not allow to change the dimensions of the image from the mobile.

I tried to increase the width and height of the image but it only becomes bigger on the computer web page, on the mobile it doesn’t change, it still looks small.
