I had exactly the same problem, I customized the URL of the login with a plugin, for now I do not consider it a serious problem, but for me in the future maybe I would not use this plugin since the URL change is for security and it seems necessary, and It seems to me that many will think the same.

It is an excellent plugin and it would be better if this problem is solved without needing to contact support.

I changed line 31 to this:
define('BIGBLUEBUTTON_STRING_WELCOME', ' ');
and everything is ok.

You are right, now I uderstand and found a way can make it work on my site.

It’s only I used to see the cart always on top menu, but it is not mandatory, and in a certain way it hinders the end of the purchase.
