  • UPDATE: I checked on our site a couple of minutes ago and this is the error message that was in place of the upcoming webinars:

“Something’s not working. It looks like the API call to GoToWebinar isn’t succeeding. This may be because you are on a trial account. Unfortunately API calls can’t be made to GoToWebinar accounts on a trial. If you do have a full GoToWebinar license please try re-authenticating the plugin again by pressing the ‘Click here to get Auth and Key’ button in the plugin settings. You should also clear the cache or turn the cache off in the plugin settings and this should resolve the issue.”

I reconnected the plug-in and now its good to go again. Side note, we do have a full GoToWebinar license.

    Thank you,
    Josh

    Hello,

We have been experiencing the same error on our site, https://www.iamsinc.com/webinars/

The status “Authentication has been successful. You don’t need to save the settings but you can if you have made other changes” does appear after we “Connect with GoToWebinar.” When we navigate away from the plug-in, we’ll receive the same authentication issue error as mentioned by SolidLine. Within 24 hours there will be an error on our page referencing an API error.

Thank you for your help and all you do,
    Josh
