Actually – I found a better plugin that works with AWeber.

I recommend the Newsletter Sign-up Plugin – it works like a charm.

I’m leaving this unresolved as I believe AWeber should consider adding BuddyPress registration capabilities to this plugin. I’m kind of surprised they haven’t already…
