    thanks for your reply
i found the issue didn’t recur for a while and then just now i was able to reproduce it

what i did was go to a site via the HTTP url, activated the RSS plugin, then got the warning “No SSL certificate has been detected”. i then manually type HTTPS into address bar and the page reloads just fine, SSL is activated, but the warning message persists.

It almost seems like the plugin is working just fine, it’s just the warning message is dislayed as if I’m still using HTTP. perhaps it was activating the plugin before switching to HTTPS that was the issue?

I’d say this is a bug, because deactivating and reactivating doesn’t resolve it. of course i don’t know for sure though

EDIT: well i fixed it, you just have to go into Settings -> SSL -> and click the Active SSL button. this used to be in the notification but is now replaced with a prompt to install a certificate. Hence my confusion

The best experience for the reader, as in, Gutenberg loads fast. Unlike elementor or fusion, which both load incredibly slow. I mean, don’t get me wrong, wordpress itself is slow on the front end when a site is big enough, but fusion turns it into a turtle.

Gutenberg is the first visual editor that doesn’t compromise user experience, that’s awesome. As someone who’s bread and butter is the viewers of my sites, making my site load fast, while still being able to design it quickly, is a godsend.

Gutenberg isn’t perfect by the way, I’ve been incredibly frustrated with it, and if i had the time I could make a better one myself, honestly, I’ve built CMS’s in the past and from my experience i can tell you that Gutenberg is what you call over-engineered.
