Not sure how Aelia Currency Switcher works with the prices, as we do not have access to the code. Since it is a paid WooCommerce extension, I would suggest you to approach the developer of Aelia Currency Switcher and see if they have any reason as to why this could be occurring.

You are using a pretty old version of the plugin. Sorry to say that we do not provide support for the older versions of the plugin. It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version.

You would need to use [rtmedia_gallery global="true" media_type="photo"] shortcode to display public photos of all users.
The media_type attribute can take the following parameters – all,music,video,photo and album.
