In reply to: [WooCommerce] New order emailSo, we got ahold of GD and they changed a setting in the cpanel (mail routing) from local to remote and sure enough it fixed it

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New order emailI did have WP SMTP configured correctly (per GD’s requirements) rather than MailPoet but when i went to place a test order with WP SMTP the place order button would just spin until it took me to a 404 page. For context, I deactivated the MailPoet before activating the WP SMTP plugin and then placed a test order and that’s when it would spin out. Yesterday, (with WP SMTP) the test order would go through and the “Thank you” email would get sent to the customer but I would not receive the “New order” email. Might sound a little cryptic but this is my first time building a site so my explanations aren’t the best

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New order emailSo, I recently found a work around by creating a gmail for the business and having the “New order” emails go there which then gets forwarded to my outlook business email(leaving a copy behind) here is the current mail settings under woocommerce

From my understanding, my BUSINESS email should’ve received a separate?email, the “New order” email, correct? I (my personal email) received the “Thank you for your order” but my business email did NOT receive the “New order” email for the same transaction
