Ok, regarding the phone attempt, I realized that my wifi was set to auto-connect, so I disabled my phone’s wifi and obviously connected successfully to my website. I spoke to tech support at hostbaby and they said everything looked fine–they were able to get to my Hostbaby admin screen, checked my FTP structure and said everything looks great. I cleared my browser cache–no help. There must be something going on with my ISP. This is incredibly weird.
